Q: What is the cost of shipping and handling?

A: Shipping and handling is $ 1.50 and may be modified from time to time due to USPS increases.

Q: How may I pay for my order?

A: You may pay in several ways:  Credit card or debit card, personal checks or Money order.

Q: How are Renaltabs shipped?

A: First Class Mail.

Q: Can I ship them to a P.O. box?

A: Yes, they are shipped First Class Mail directly to your Post Office Box.

Q: What is the expected delivery time?

A: On the West Coast 2-4 working days; Mid-West residents three to five working days. East Coast resident 3-5 working days. 94% of our orders are shipped the same day.

Q: Do I need a prescription?

A: No, all of our products are non-prescription.

Q: Can I get your products at the pharmacy?

A: Typically no, Pharmacy’s are reluctant to handle over the counter products due to lower cost margins.

Q: Does my insurance or Medicare cover Renaltabs?

A: Typically no, Renaltab products are “Over the Counter” products and not normally covered by Medicare or Insurance providers. In cases where they do, the cost of the co-pay is quite often greater than our retail price.

Q: Is my credit card information safe?

A: Yes, at the web site level we use security technology to protect your information.  At the company level we use encryption programs and delete credit/debit card data upon authentication.

Q: May I purchase for a family member or friend?

A: Of course, “Care Givers” are an important part of our patient relationship and we appreciate the support and help given by Care Givers.

Q: If I order a years supply will they go bad?

A: Renaltabs will typically be shipped with 16 months or more remaining on the expiration date.

Q: Can I order more than one bottle?

A: Yes, for large orders contact us at 800-345-3838 for additional discounts that may apply.

Q: Do you automatically send my next shipment?

A: No, you may contact us directly 800-345-3838 or mail in your reorder form in the provided return envelope at your convenience.

Q: Where can I find my customer number?

A: Several places.  On your invoice it is located at the top center in red numbers.  On the Reorder form on the front side in handwritten red numbers.

Q: How Often and when do I take RenalTab vitamins?

A: You should take them as directed by your health care professional.  The convention is, one a day.  On the day of dialysis after dialysis, on the off days at a convenient time with or without food.

Q: Do I have to be a Dialysis patient to take Renaltabs vitamins?

A: No, although they will not hurt you, and they will provide some basic vitamin supplementation you would be better served with an over the counter Multi-Vitamin/Multi-Mineral supplement. We offer Sentry III to fill that specific need listed on our product page.
