Ship to Clinic Orders

RenalTab orders for individual patients may be shipped directly to the Renal Center affording the patient a two dollar discount over retail pricing on all clinic orders. Invoices contain the referenced Patient’s name in the body of the invoice for staff convenience. The RD Clinic Order form is available under the “Health Care Professional” Form section of this web site to simplify the ordering process for the clinic staff members. This program is designed to help patients with the ordering process and compliance while allowing them the lowest possible price.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders (case quantities) are shipped to the Renal Center under 30-60 day consignment or with Credit/Debit Card payment. (Discount is the same $2.00 off per bottle) Shipping and handling, is free. Orders may be places via: web, Email, or telephonically.
